SOLUTION:

- Reason for Access:

Other: TOR is unable to do progress reports for current school year IEP. I will inactivate IEP for following school year. Once progress reports are completed, I will activate the IEP again. 

- Verify order of IEP events in student history

- If TOR is unable to access the current school year's IEP due to multiple IEPs being finalized, inactivate the most current IEP and record the event #'s for future reference

- Impersonate TOR in IIEP to verify selecting Previous IEP will be the current school year in Progress Monitoring Wizard

- Notify TOR of changes to student's events and instruct them to let us know when they complete the progress reports to contact us to inactivate the IEP 

PROBLEM:

Since I had to revise all my IEP's , I can't seem to go in and add progress monitoring to their old IEP's. It pulls up the newest revised annual, the first annual and then under Other IEP it will pull up the one that I am trying to add progress to but it does not let me. It lets me see the old data but not add new.   I still have questions about the ones I revised as well.
